The Scout24 Group is constantly engaged in self-reflection as a measure with which to accommodate rapid changes in customer behaviour and new technologies, thereby continuously developing its vision and claim.
Corporate culture is a key factor in this development process; our Guiding Principles function as cornerstones that shape our corporate culture. Hence, our corporate values have progressed from the former Scouty-Spirit to the current Guiding Principles. These Guiding Principles are important instruments that define how we want to behave. They represent our values and our beliefs. The Guiding Principles are, however, not only intended for internal use but also with regard to interacting with the external Scout24 environment. As such, they underscore the Group's corporate citizenship.
