Data Protection Consent

(1) I consent to my applicant data being stored by Scout24 SE for a period of 12 months in the event of an unsuccessful application or an unsolicited application. During this period any member of the Scout24 Group may take my application into account in the personnel selection process. For the purposes of this declaration of consent the term Scout24 Group includes the following companies: Scout24 SE, Immobilien Scout GmbH, Immoverkauf24 GmbH, Flowfact GmbH, Zenhomes GmbH and Upmin Management GmbH.

(2) My application data will be made available to all members of the Scout24 Group for the purpose of deciding whether to establish an employment relationship. They may contact me to draw my attention to vacancies within the respective company.

(3) I may revoke my consent at any time with effect for the future. To revoke, it is sufficient to declare the revocation of the declaration of consent by post to Scout24 SE, Invalidenstr. 65, 10557 Berlin, Germany, or by e-mail to [email protected].
