More than 7 million visitors (Unique Visitors; according to comScore Media Metrix) and more than 2 billion hits per month make the website by far the most frequently visited real estate portal on the German-language Internet. 10 mobile apps for different needs and target groups make it possible to use every service offered by ImmobilienScout24 whilst on the road.

Users will find advertisements from private persons alongside those from estate agents and administration services. The range comprises residential and commercial properties, co-working spaces, plots and facilities, property abroad, residences for seniors, fixed period rentals, furnished properties and forced auctions.

Furthermore, ImmobilienScout24 offers additional property and relocation services: the relocation portal lists offers from relocation companies to help move house and provides advice and practical checklists. The web page www.einfach-ummelden.de/ helps users with registration procedures. The portal www.meine-baufinanzierung.de/ provides users with an overview of conditions relating to current interest rates and allows them to select a finance provider they can trust from an evaluation system. ImmobilienScout24 also offers an online property valuation service. The service provides an indicative value on the basis of comparable values and is therefore an inexpensive and quick alternative to the usually expensive and time-consuming expertise reports.

In 2010 ImmobilienScout24 set out to make the German property market more transparent. Since then the online portal has published the IMX report, a market index for property in Germany, once a year.  The IMX is based on the more than eight million properties advertised on ImmobilienScout24 since 2004. ImmobilienScout24 cooperates with the Rhineland-Westphalia Institute for Economics (Rheinisch-Westfälischen Wirtschaftsinstitut, RWI) in Essen in this regard.
