The individual
marketplaces of the Scout24 Group are organised as units which are independent of each other in legal
terms. Each of them conducts their own operational business. Many business divisions of the Scout24
Group are also active in other European countries.

The activities in Switzerland are consolidated in the country's own national company (AutoScout24, FriendScout24, ImmoScout24, JobScout24 as well as the brands TopJobs and Autodom). Beyond this, Scout24 is represented in another nine European countries with its marketplaces AutoScout24 (A, CH, F, IT, E, NL, B, S, CRO) and FriendScout24 (A, CH, E, IT).
The turnover of the individual marketplaces is obtained from various sources. These mainly include publication fees for classified advertisements (items or profiles of commercial clients), licence fees for individual software and Internet solutions, the provision of contents and information for third parties, consultation and special services for commercial providers, transaction fees and turnover commissions.
