The corporate group continually advances its employees with individual training courses and tailored seminars. The managers of the individual teams regularly hold reviews with their team members to ascertain their development perspectives. This open communication enables both short-term and long-term on-the-job training measures to be developed. Another focus of this communication is on expanding the individual employees' scope of duties.

The high priority that bringing on the next generation has at Scout24 is demonstrated by the Traineeship scheme started in 2006, which is unique in Germany. The one-year programme trains committed graduates from tertiary education to become specialists in Online Marketing, giving them not only the classic Online Marketing Tools but also valuable Management Skills.
