20th July 2007 - Marc Antoine Sevray has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer of Scout24
Holding GmbH with effect from 1st September 2007. Together with the CEO Dr. Martin Enderle and Vice
President Marketing Christoph Hölzlwimmer, he will be primarily responsible for the financial future
of the Scout24 group and the areas of Accounting, Controlling, Legal, Corporate Governance and Risk
Management.
Sevray joins the group from T-Online
France, where he also held the position of CFO. He had previously worked for several years for T-Online
Deutschland, where he was involved amongst other things in the acquisition of the Scout24 group. Sevray
succeeds Daniel Seibert, who leaves the company at the end of the month at his own request.
