Jobs.de has revolutionised the job search:
unlike the other online job portals Jobs.de independently scans corporate websites and advertises every
vacancy to applicants classified by field of activity, region and position. With the automated search
for situations vacant the service is widespread and even reaches rural areas. Companies do not have
to actively put their situations vacant in the database for a fee, which means that the search for applicants
is conducted irrespective of the location and recruiting budget.
Companies
also have the opportunity to increase the coverage of their situations vacant through Jobs.de's premium
offers.
Collaboration with wide-coverage portals like Bild, ProSieben, dasÖrtliche, freenet
and Computer Zeitung enhances the job search engine's offer.
Applicants
benefit from both the wide offer and the intuitive search functionality.
Soon
after it had started up Jobs.de impressed the Mittelstand [medium-sized companies] initiative, which
awarded the job search engine the Innovation Prize 2007 in the "Web 2.0" category. Jobs.de
also won a silver medal in the "Private Customers Web Portal" category in the eco Internet
Award 2007.
