How to apply

Have you found a new challenge and want to grow together with us? We explain openly and honestly our application process, and what you can expect:
  1. One click application

Firstly, you must upload your application, including your resumé, to our job board. Applying for one of our creative positions? Please also provide a link to your portfolio.
  2. Screening

We check your documents and contact you as soon as possible.
  3. Cultural ad interview (phone)

We want to get to know the person behind the resumé. We will call you over the phone and also answer all of your questions.
  4. Department interview (online)

We then talk about your skills and test how you fit into the advertised position. This can take the form of a specific work experience case study, in which you showcase your  know-how in relation to the specific role.
  5. Onsite interview (in-person)

By this stage, we are curious to learn more about you. We will see if we fit together personally and professionally. Do you still have something on your mind? We would be happy to answer any final questions you may have.
  6. Your new home

Success! If you've made it this far, you've got the job. We are then happy to welcome you to the company as a new Scout. Prior to onboarding, we will clarify all contractual details with you.
