This is a key role at Scout24 which is responsible for the development of our marketing analytics Team and hands-on analytical work. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with highly motivated and skilled analysts that derive business value from data through state-of-the-art technologies. Marketing analytics is embedded in the data science & analytics department of ImmoScout24 and reports to our head of data science.
What we need from you
- Analysing the drivers of performance for recurring demand and marketing steering, that impact our strategy
- Translate insights into meaningful actions to drive our business
- Develop strategies regarding performance measurement (cookie changes, attribution modeling,…)
- Monitor, implement and collaborate on state of the art developments in areas like marketing attribution, A/B testing, budget planning, privacy compliant data collection and forecasting
- Strong collaboration with Marketing, MarTech & Data Science Teams
- Guide the analyst team to enhance their hard and soft skills
What you need to bring
- At least 3 years experience of working in a Data Analytics environment
- Experience as a leader, people builder, coach and/or mentor
- An academic degree in an analytical subject, e.g. economics, business analysis, statistics, mathematics, marketing or something similar
- Great understanding of Marketing and statistical methods (e.g. databases and data structures, statistical data analysis)
- Good knowledge of SQL and experience with R or Python
- Capability of outlining and presenting complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner
- Good tool knowledge: Google Analytics, Big Query, BI Tools (Microstrategy, Tableau,…), Tag Manager (Tealium, Google Tag Manager,…)
- Very good language skills in English and good German would be a plus
