You know our Scouts very well and know how we work best as a team. Thanks to you, we become more: more versatile, more colourful and simply better overall. You recruit new Scouts, welcome them, take care of their concerns, develop their skills and help Managers in the decision-making process. Your goal is to make everyone feel comfortable working here. That's why you are always there for us: whether it's a parental leave application, an anniversary party, questions about contracts, or the shortest route to the coffee machine. In the area of People Development, you ensure the further development of each team with the appropriate training. You can also get deeply involved in personnel management.

Flexible working hours & holidays
Your time is yours. You decide when and where you work - even in your home office. Thirty (30) vacation days per year provide additional relaxation.
