You are part of CRM team supporting the sales, service and back office users responsible for mainly ImmoScout24s B2B customers.
How your role will look like:
- You manage CRM data along technical and security guidelines and help make the data available (e. g. duplicate management, follow GDPR compliance rules, data consistency, etc.)
- You implement cross-departmental automation projects and process improvements.
- You monitor, investigate and solve support request raised by internal users.
- You are responsible for CRM system documentation and quality management.
- You discover and contribute ideas to further improve the CRM system which includes also establishing new Salesforce features.
- You enhance and maintain the Salesforce CRM as a central part of the back office systems.
- You interact directly with our Salesforce end users to provide support, guidance and input.
- You design, develop and implement technical solutions for business requirements in the Sales and Service Cloud with subsequent monitoring after go-live to drive company efficiency.
- You know the technical and business processes that run in the CRM system and understand the effects on other or involved processes.
- You work independently and with great care on your implementations.
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years experience with administration of Salesforce Sales and/or Service Cloud, ideally with certificates such as Salesforce App Builder and/or Salesforce Administrator
- You are familiar with Salesforce configuration which includes using declarative tools like Salesforce Flows.
- You know the standard Salesforce object model as well as the roles, profiles and permissions concept.
- You are a logic specialist, you think in processes and feel comfortable with large amounts of data.
- Ideally you can create reports and dashboards.
- You are very communicative, like to share your knowledge and naturally work together across functions.
- You are fluent in German and English (C1).
- You are familiar with agile principles.
