In gleicher Weise werden die Stimmrechte der Willis Lux Holdings 2 S.à r.l. in Liquidation auch der Deutsche Telekom AG gemäß § 22 Abs. 2 WpHG zugerechnet. Aufgrund dieser gegenseitigen Zurechnung der Stimmrechte ist keine eigenständige Mitteilung der Deutsche Telekom AG erforderlich.
