Hours: 20 hours/week
Desired starting date: immediately
Duration: at least 1 year (you must be enrolled for at least one more year at a recognised higher education institution and we ask you to indicate this when you apply)
How your role will look like:
- Build and maintain end-to-end applications to create, process, and migrate web content.
- Continuously improve the performance of the content platform, core web vitals, and SEO.
- Build and automate the deployment strategies for effective Continuous Integration, development, and deployment.
- Learn and understand the content and the business behind
- Proactively identify issues, investigate the cause, and arrive at a solution.
- Provide support and tooling to the users of our content platform.
What you need to succeed:
- Motivation to challenge the status quo.
- Knowledge of web technologies, e.g. React, Typescript, Jest, Node.js
- Knowledge of Java or Kotlin for back-end programming
- Knowledge of any version tool (preferable git)
- Motivation to understand processes end-to-end.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- You communicate fluently in English.
- Experience of working with a CMS (nice to have)
- Experience with Playwright (nice to have)
- Experience with Storybook (nice to have)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
