We have a rare and exciting opportunity as we seek a Teamlead Product B2B (d/f/m) at ImmoScout24 for our B2B Memberships and Data Products. This role is pivotal in enhancing and scaling the B2B experience. 

How your role will look like:

  • Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our B2B experience, focusing on our Subscription Models, their Upselling, and Data tools.  
  • Drive continous value of the B2B experience, ensuring ImmoScout24 remains the market leader. Leverage data-driven insights, user feedback, and industry best practices to create, enhance and integrate external functionalities which scale to a massive audience. 
  • Manage a team of product managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and alignment with company goals. 
  • Drive an "interconnected experience" for our B2B product landscape, considering AI features. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data analytics, sales, marketing, and customer support, to align strategies, prioritize initiatives, and drive successful execution. 
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, user behavior, product usage, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our B2B experiences. 
  • Effectively communicate strategies, initiatives, and results to executive leadership, fostering a culture of transparency and alignment. 


What you need to succeed:

  • Several years of relevant experience, with a significant portion in B2B-related roles, preferably in online marketplaces. 
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a leadership role. 
  • Understanding business models and how to grow businesses incl driving their business cases. Optimally firm with subscription and upselling products. 
  • Strong knowledge about Conversion Rate Optimization and best practices for User Experience, and the enablement of organizations to drive it. 
  • Recent experience with Data Products or Tools with an accomplished Customer Value.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive optimization efforts. 
  • Strong in stakeholder management, interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success. 
  • Prior industry experience or academic degree in business administration or a similar field are advantageous. 
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills.
