We are committed to the UN Women's Empowerment Principles

In May, Scout24 signed the UN Women's Empowerment Principles. In doing so, we commit ourselves to the implementation of seven principles on gender equality and female empowerment. These principles are already important components of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy.

On 22 May 2023, Scout24 joined the UN Women's Empowerment Principles. We are now one of more than 8,000 signatories worldwide who are officially committed to strengthening women's rights and promoting gender equality in the workplace. The UN Women's Empowerment Principles cover key areas such as equal opportunities and non-discrimination, health, safety and non-violence, education and training, promoting women in leadership positions and equality in the work environment.

We are already pursuing these principles with our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategy. Our goals include gender parity throughout the whole Scout24 Group by 2025, as well as a special focus on increasing the proportion of women in management positions. Among other things, we are working on this with our recently launched "Female Leadership Coaching" programme, in which we are preparing six women for potential leadership roles at Scout24.

By signing the UN Women's Empowerment Principles, we are sending yet an additional signal for equality and female empowerment.
