Scout24 marketplaces again awarded for outstanding service quality

Berlin/Munich, 29 May 2019 – Scout24, a leading operator of digital marketplaces with a focus on real estate and automobiles in Germany and other selected European countries, has received an award for the service quality of its online marketplaces. The German Institute for Service Quality and the TV station n-tv awarded the prize to ImmobilienScout24 and AutoScout24 for the second time in a row.
Dr. Thomas Schroeter, Chief Product Officer at Scout24, comments on the award in the categories "Used car portals, car workshop portals and real estate portals" as follows: "We are very pleased that we have been honoured for the second time in a row for the high service quality of our digital marketplaces. The award "Germany's Best Online Portals" was awarded for the third time by n-tv and the German Institute for Service Quality. It is based on an extensive survey of German consumers. Around 33,000 customer opinions were obtained by market researchers as part of a representative online survey in the first quarter of 2019. The survey focused on more than 570 providers from 45 different categories. Within the scope of the study, the online portals were evaluated in terms of offer and performance, customer service as well as their Internet presence. In addition, consumers indicated whether they would recommend the online portals to others.
