We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with business leaders to drive talent strategies and deliver outstanding HR solutions that support business objectives. Of particular importance is the support of our subsidiaries within the company, e.g. FLOWFACT and Propstack. You will report directly to the Head of People Business.

How your role will look like:

  • Partner with business leaders to identify HR priorities and design strategies to meet organizational goals
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to deliver HR programs and services, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and learning and development
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance issues, and conflict resolution
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR policies, practices, and programs, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational design to drive efficiencies and enable growth
  • Work closely with the Works Council to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations, as well as to foster a positive and productive relationship

 

What you need to succeed:

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 2 years of experience as an (Junior) HR Business Partner in a digital business setting
  • A track record of partnering with business functions to drive talent strategies and enable business growth
  • Solid understanding of German labor law and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and competing demands
  • Excellent German and business fluent written and spoken English skills mandatory
