How your role will look like:
- Drive the continuous improvement, digitalization, and automation of our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process
- Manage quarterly Coupa releases, including implementing and testing use cases in our test environment
- Technical responsibility for integrating new organizations and modules into Coupa
- Maintain and develop content with the team (catalogs, supplier data, user management)
- Analyze business needs to determine improvement potentials and enhance efficiency
- Document, analyze, and identify change requests related to current processes (P2P, Vendor Management, Contract Management, eSourcing, Reporting)
- Take responsibility for specific building blocks within our eProcurement framework (training, stakeholder management, supplier management, KPI tracking, content management)
- Convert business needs into system requirements to improve processes and content within Coupa
- Act as the single point of contact for all questions regarding our Coupa platform, including ticket management
- Maintain backend functionality and ensure optimal usability of the platform
- Manage interfaces and connected systems effectively
What you need to succeed:
- In-depth knowledge of Coupa implementation, configuration, and management
- Experience with eProcurement solutions including P2P, Vendor Management, and Sourcing modules
- Several years of hands-on experience within digital Procurement and P2P processes
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate different stakeholder groups
- Technical aptitude to understand system requirements and interface connections
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze business needs and implement solutions
- Highly motivated, hands-on, and enthusiastic professional
- Be a role model and live Scout's values and principles everyday
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
