What do we expect from you?
- Lead and inspire the development team with a focus on technical excellence and innovation.
- Own and further develop our monolithic PHP-based order management system.
- Stay hands-on: implement features, prototypes, and bug fixes yourself.
- Drive technical improvements and support your team’s growth.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and other departments.
- Optimize development processes and technical structures.
- Handle third-level support and analyze production issues directly in the code.
- Help shape the technical roadmap and introduce modern technologies.
- Ensure high code quality and a sustainable software architecture.
What do you already bring with you?
- Several years of experience as a developer (ideally PHP and modern web technologies).
- Proven track record in technical leadership and team development.
- Experience with monolithic systems and migration to modular architectures.
- Solid knowledge of PHP 8.3, MariaDB, RabbitMQ, Vue.js, and CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins).
- Hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working closely with Product Management and stakeholders.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style.
