As a Business Development Manager for B2B at ImmoScout24, you will play a crucial role in shaping the growth path of one of our key B2B segments. You will support the development of our strategic vision and identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competition. Through strong cross-functional collaboration, you will drive forward our most important growth initiatives, execute go-to-market strategies, and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
How your role will look like:
- Business Case Creation & Strategic Storytelling: Build compelling business cases and C-Level presentations to align stakeholders and secure commitment.
- Strategy & Vision: Support the overarching segment strategy, enabling market growth, innovation, and successful delivery of our biggest growth initiatives.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing, Legal) to plan and execute GTM strategies.
- Market & Competition Analysis: Conduct ongoing market trend and competitor analysis to identify risks, gaps, and future business opportunities.
- Opportunity Screening: Identify and assess new business opportunities and potential cooperation partners; lead pilots and rollouts to validate their impact.
- Process & Compliance Optimization: Design and enhance internal processes to ensure business success, operational excellence, and compliance.
- Business Performance Monitoring: Track performance metrics and proactively implement revenue-driven action plans in collaboration with Sales and Business Leadership.
What you need to succeed:
- 4+ years of experience in a strategic, business development, or consulting role, ideally in a digital B2B environment.
- Proven experience in market analysis, business case creation and driving strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and go-to-market execution.
- Proficient in creating high-impact presentations for senior leadership.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to drive problem-solving and productivity, maintaining effective human oversight and judgement.
- Fluent in English and German.
