Our working environment is very international, comprising people from 56 different nationalities. Our house is open for everyone and free of stereotyped thinking. The members of our Scout24 Cares Teams take social engagement and sustainability into the company – and the teams grow so that the number of CSR ambassadors is continually increasing. The Cares Teams in Berlin and Munich are driving CSR issues forward and organizing campaigns focused on CSR. They are also open to new ideas from their circle of colleagues and their environment. #MeetScout24: Viktoria Lutz is Inside Account Manager and works for Scout24 since 1st of May 2017. The biggest challenge in her daily work is to find the right solutions for different customers and make sure they become more successful by using our products. Three words that describe the Scout24 working atmosphere? „Ambitious, motivation and enthusiastic” says Viktoria.

 

#MeetScout24: Karl Meyer is User Experience Design Lead & Evangelist at AutoScout24 & has been with the company for 6 years now. For him, design is not a discipline, it’s a mindset. Karl and his team want to empower and delight people with great & sustainable products that solve relevant needs. Their challenge is to keep the user as the highest & most relevant good in everything we do. "In order to be a successful company you need to solve users' needs around cars & homes," he says. Three words that describe Scout24's work environment best? "International, professional and goal oriented," Karl states.
