For students/interns

Our working students typically work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during the semester break. Interns typically work 40 hours per week.

Looking for an apprenticeship that truly sets you up for success? Our Apprenticeship Program gives you the chance to dive deep into the inner workings of a leading DAX company and understand how a successful brand operates from the inside out. From day one, you’ll be fully immersed in our teams, processes, and culture. You’ll rotate through key business areas, with a strong focus on accounting, where you’ll learn how financial decisions drive growth and support long-term success. Working with real data and experienced experts, you’ll take on real responsibility and see the direct impact of your work.

You can apply online through our career page. Browse our open opportunities, select the role that fits your interests and studies, and submit your application including your CV and any required documents. After submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email.
Typically, you should include:
- A current CV or resume
- Your latest academic transcript and proof of enrollment (for working students and mandatory internships)
- A cover letter explaining your motivation is optional, but helps us understand your motivation for the specific role better
The application process is usually structured in two or three steps: an initial call with the talent attraction team, a second interview with the relevant department, and a final on-site interview that sometimes includes a practical task or case study.
For working student positions, you must be enrolled at a German university during the entire duration of the program. This ensures the position is aligned with your academic development and allows you to gain practical experience alongside your studies. For most internships, you don’t need to be enrolled. Please note that dual study programs are not eligible.
Yes, Scout24 pays both for voluntary and mandatory internships.
Scout24 offers a flexible hybrid working model with a 60% office presence and 40% working from home.
Feedback and performance development are supported through regular check-ins and a structured feedback process called “My Dialogue” every six months.
