As part of your registration and participation in the Scout24 Capital Markets Day 2026, we process your personal data (e.g., name, contact details, and, where applicable, company affiliation as well as technical connection data) in order to enable your participation in the event.

The event will be conducted using videoconferencing tools (e.g., Zoom Video Communications Inc.). In this context, the transfer of personal data to third countries (in particular the United States) cannot be excluded. Zoom is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/list). In addition, such transfers are based on appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Art. 46 GDPR (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of the event) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (proper organization and conduct).

Please note that the event may be recorded in whole or in part. If you actively participate (e.g., by speaking or enabling video), your contributions may be recorded and used in connection with reporting on the event. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your personal data will generally only be stored for as long as necessary for the conduct of the event and its follow-up (e.g., documentation and reporting), and will subsequently be deleted unless statutory retention obligations apply.
