Rights on Scout24 AG, München, Germany, have fallen below the 5% and 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on October 05, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 0% (this corresponds to 0 Voting Rights).

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
