Voting Rights

Pursuant to §§ 33 et seq. of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG), the shareholders of Scout24 SE are obligated to file a report with Scout24 SE and the German Federal Financial Services Supervisory Office whenever their share of voting rights passes certain thresholds (3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30%, 50% or 75% of voting rights). Scout24 SE publishes these voting rights notifications in accordance with Sec. 40 (1) WpHG below.

We kindly request any person obliged to inform Scout24 SE about changes in shares of voting power pursuant to the WpHG, to send a relevant notification to the following address:
