We look back on the 12th Berlin Social Academy!

This year, Scout24 once again helped to create an exciting and diverse week of further education for employees from social organizations. The Berlin Social Academy took place for the twelfth time from October 8 to 11, 2024. Scout24 is a founding member of the initiative.

Together with sixteen other committed companies, Scout24 organized the 12th Berlin Social Week. The Academy's main objective is the pro bono transfer of knowledge from companies and start-ups to employees of non-profit organizations. With 56 workshops, webinars and individual coaching sessions and over 1500 registrations, we are proud of the positive response.

Interested parties were able to learn more about exciting topics such as sustainability, AI, communication and organizational development. Our scouts enriched the extensive course program again this year with a workshop on anti-racist awareness raising and lectures on low-discrimination language and clarity in design as a strategic success factor. 

A big thank you to all participants and speakers! We are already looking forward to the 13th Berlin Social Academy.
