Management Board Compensation System

On 22 February 2021, the Supervisory Board of Scout24 SE adopted a new compensation system for the Management Board, which was approved by the Annual General Meeting, to which the system was submitted for approval for the first time, on 8 July 2021 with a majority of 91.88 percent of the votes.

Compensation of the Supervisory Board

The compensation of the Supervisory Board members is regulated in Section 13 of the Articles of Association of Scout24 SE. The Annual General Meeting confirmed the compensation as well as the underlying compensation system on 8 July 2021 with a majority of 99.87 percent of the votes.
