Compensation system of the Management Board
The current compensation system for members of the Management Board has been in effect since fiscal year 2021. The Annual General Meeting approved the compensation system on 8 July 2021, with a majority of 91.88%.

Compensation system of the Supervisory Board
The current compensation guidelines for the Supervisory Board are set out in Section 13 of the Articles of Association of Scout24 SE. They were approved by the Annual General Meeting on 30 June 2022, with a majority of 99.34%.
