Supervisory Board Extends Term of Office and Management Board Contract of Dr. Gesa Crockford

• Contract of the Chief Commercial Officer extended until March 2030

• Dr. Gesa Crockford has been a member of the Management Board since April 2024 and oversees Scout24’s sales and customer strategy 

• Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Hans-Holger Albrecht acknowledges Dr. Gesa Crockford’s significant contribution to Scout24’s success 

Munich / Berlin, 30 April 2026 – The Supervisory Board of Scout24 SE has extended the term of office of Dr. Gesa Crockford as a member of the Management Board ahead of schedule until March 31, 2030, and has renewed her Management Board service contract for a further four years starting April 1, 2026. As Chief Commercial Officer, she is responsible for Scout24’s commercial strategy, thereby driving the company’s growth and the further development of its business model in the course of the real estate transformation.

Dr. Gesa Crockford has been a member of the Management Board of Scout24 SE since April 1, 2024. As Chief Commercial Officer, she is responsible for the company’s commercial strategy. Her remit includes the sales organisation, customer service, and customer relationship management. In addition, she is responsible for the entire Professional segment of the Scout24 Group, including the relevant subsidiaries.
